1.- INFORMATION FOR USERS
XELIOS BIOMETRICS S.A., onwards RESPONSIBLE, is the Responsible for personal data treatment of the User and informs that this data will be treated in accordance with the regulations for protection personal data protection, the Rules (UE) 2016/679 from April 27th 2016 (GDPR) concerning protection of natural persons with regard to personal data treatment and free circulation of this data, and Organic Law 3/2018, December 5th, for the protection of personal data and digital rights guarantee (LOPDGDD). Thus, the following treatment information is provided:
Purpose of the treatment: maintain a business relationship with the User. The operations planned are:
- Process orders, requests or any type of petition that is made by the User through any of the available contact forms.
Data conservation criteria: Data will be kept as long as there is a mutual interest to maintain the treatment. When no longer necessary for that purpose, data will be suppressed with appropriate security measures to guarantee pseudonymization data or total destruction.
Data communication: XELIOS BIOMETRICS S.A., will not transfer information to third parties without prior consent of the users, except in the following cases: When it is authorized in a Law; in the case of data collected from sources accessible to the public; when the transfer to be made is addressed to Ombudsman, Public Prosecutor’s Office, Judges or Court, etc, in the exercise of their roles; when the assignment is intended for autonomic institutions with similar functions to the Ombudsman or High Court of Auditors; if the communication is made prior to the dissociation procedure.
User’s Rights:
- • Right to withdraw consent at any time.
- • Right of access, rectification and deletion of the data and the limitation or opposition to the treatment of his personal data.
- • Right to file a claim with the supervisory authority (agpd.es) if the user considers that the treatment does not comply with current regulations.

2.- COMPULSORY OR OPTIONAL CHARACTER OF THE INFORMATION PROVIDED BY THE USER
The User, by marking the corresponding boxes and entering data in the fields, marked with an asterisk (*) in the contact form, or submitted in downloads forms, expressly, freely and unequivocally accepts that his data are necessary for Xthe RESPONSIBLE to meet their request, being voluntary the inclusion of data in the remaining fields. The User guarantees that the personal information provided to the RESPONSIBLE is truthful and is responsible for communicating any modification thereof.
The RESPONSIBLE informs and expressly guarantees that user’s personal data will not be transferred in any case to third parties. Whenever some kind of transfer of personal data takes place, the express, conformed and unambiguous consent of the user will be requested in advance. All the data requested trough the web site is compulsory, as necessary for the provision of an optimal service. In case all the data were not provided, it is not guaranteed that provided information and services would be completely adjusted to the user`s needs.
3.- SECURITY MEASURES
In accordance with the provisions of the regulations regarding the protection of personal data, the RESPONSIBLE complies with all the provisions of RGPD and LOPDGDD for the treatment of personal data of their responsibility, and specially with the principles described in the article 5 of RGPD and in the article 4 of the LOPDGDD, for which data are treated in lawful, loyal and transparent way in relation to the interested party and adequate, pertinent and limited to what is necessary in relation to the purposes for which they are treated.
The RESPONSIBLE guarantees that it has been implemented appropriate technical and organizational policies have been implemented in order to comply with the security measures established by the RGPD and the LOPDGDD in order to protect the rights and freedom of users and has communicated users the appropriate information so they can exercise them.
